Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data LIT FIT LLC ("DropIQ") processes when you use the DropIQ platform, and your rights. It reflects the data the application actually collects.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: your name and email address, and whether your email is verified. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text.
  • Session/security data: when you sign in, we store a session token and record the IP address and browser user-agent of the session for security.
  • Connected-store credentials: if you connect a Shopify store, we store an access token for that store, encrypted at rest. We never receive your Shopify password.
  • Order data (integration): when your connected store receives an order, we ingest the order to coordinate fulfillment. We deliberately minimize this: we store the shipping destination address needed to ship, and we strip the customer's name, phone, email, billing address, and device/session identifiers before storage.
  • Billing data: subscription status and identifiers from our checkout/subscription providers. Card details are handled by the payment provider; DropIQ never sees or stores card numbers.
  • AI feature inputs: text/prompts you submit to AI-assisted tools are sent to our AI provider to generate output.

The application uses no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts.

2. Why we process it

We process this data to create and operate your account, provide the Service (including the AI features you choose to use), process your subscription, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We process only what is necessary for these purposes.

3. Sharing and subprocessors

DropIQ is a United States company (LIT FIT LLC); personal data is processed in the United States and by the providers below. We use the following categories of processors to run the Service:

  • Cloud hosting and application platform (Vercel).
  • Managed database (Neon / PostgreSQL).
  • Object storage (Cloudflare R2).
  • AI model provider (Anthropic).
  • Payments and subscription management (Shopify and Seal Subscriptions).
  • Transactional email delivery (a Resend-compatible provider, once configured).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can delete your account at any time from account settings, which removes your account data. Ingested order data is minimized at the point of collection — the customer's name, contact details, billing address, and device identifiers are stripped before storage — and is kept only as long as needed to coordinate fulfillment.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and object to certain processing. We respond within the time required by applicable law. To exercise your rights, contact support@dropiq.io.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
