Terms of service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the DropIQ platform (the "Service"), operated by LIT FIT LLC ("DropIQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DropIQ is a software-as-a-service product-research and sourcing platform. It provides curated product opportunities, market-signal intelligence, product sourcing and fulfillment, AI-assisted store-building tools, and an optional integration that lets you connect your own Shopify store to import products and coordinate fulfillment. DropIQ is a tool and information service. We do not guarantee any commercial result, sales, revenue, or profit.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information (name and email) and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro) and add-ons (Sections Unlimited) are billed monthly through our checkout provider. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are described in the Subscription Terms, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Connecting a Shopify store

If you connect a Shopify store, you authorize DropIQ to access that store through Shopify's API under the permissions you grant at install (products, orders, merchant-managed fulfillment, theme read). You remain the merchant of record for your own store and its customers. You are responsible for your store's own legal compliance, including its consumer terms, privacy notices, and tax obligations.

5. Fulfillment

Where you use DropIQ's sourcing and fulfillment coordination, the Supplier & Fulfillment Disclaimer applies. Product fulfillment cost is quoted from supplier records; where a cost is unverified, the order is shown as "quote required" and no fulfillment is committed until a price is confirmed and paid.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its curated research are owned by DropIQ or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service while your subscription is active. Content you create using the Service remains yours.

8. AI features

Some features generate text and images using third-party AI models. See the AI Disclaimer. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination your licence ends; data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance (for example by email or in-app notice) and apply going forward, not retroactively.

12. Your rights

If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply, and nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have under mandatory law.
